Namaste! I’m Prashanthi, a proud businesswoman with a Master’s degree in Business Management, a university topper, and a mother to my miracle, Sragvi. Starting Sragvi Food Delights has been a deeply personal journey for me. After getting married, I transitioned from being a working professional to managing the household and raising my child. While I worked until my eighth month of pregnancy, I had to stop after giving birth. During this time, without parental support and with the loss of my mother-in-law, I found it challenging to juggle the responsibilities of motherhood.

In the midst of these challenges, I realized the importance of healthy, homemade food—especially food made with dry fruits, millets, and pulses. I started preparing nutritious options like homemade Cerelac and protein mixes for my child, and that’s when inspiration struck. I thought, “Why not share these wholesome, traditional recipes with the world so that others can experience the joy of healthy, homemade food?”
